What is the name of your state? Georgia What is the notice period to ask a week to week tenant to move out with no lease. The tenant is approximately 3 weeks behind if no money is paid this weekend. The tenant says he will be moving out at the end of Dec. Can i get him out this weekend with no lease? And take the loss early? Thanks....

From Georgia statutes:
44-7-6.

Where no time is specified for the termination of a tenancy, the law
construes it to be a tenancy at will.


44-7-7.

Sixty days' notice from the landlord or 30 days' notice from the
tenant is necessary to terminate a tenancy at will.
