What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Arkansas

Several years ago I was arrested on drug charges. My arrest warrant was invalid for failure to meet statutory min. There was no reasonable basis for arrest warrant. entry into my home was in violation of "knock and talk".A motion to quash arrest warrant and supress all evidence was alloweed. Everything was dropped
I recently was hired for a job but had to pass a FBI background check. I have never had any criminal record but occasional traffic ticket. I was denied security clearance having failed background check.I failed because of drug charges.
There is no disposition stated on record. Personally when I looked up my background. The charges were listed and diposition states not processed.
How do I correct this? I have also been harressed when pulled over . what recourse is available

You don't have recourse. Just because the charges were dropped doesn't mean it didn't happen. The FBI can obviously find out what happened. If you lied on your application then obviously that's a reason to rescind your job offer. If you'd explained what happened up front, they might have accepted you anyway. What was the job?

mis understanding

I apologize there must have been a mis communication. I did not lie to get a job. I have always been upfront and honest Ive nothing to hide. the job offer was not rescended. The FBI said there is no disposition stated just not processed. so they need to know that everything has been dropped not still in the court system.I continue to work the same job I just dont have as high of security clearance so Im not able to go into certain areas.Yes it is historical fact that I was charged with these crimes I believe that it should be recorded that warrants were falsly obtained this is also historical fact.I was hoping to recieve some input from others in our judicial system but thanks for trying to help.

It sounds like your paperwork was not finished off properly in the system. I would check your documentation and start from there.
