What is the name of your state? UT

I have just recieved a questionnaire for an asset exam. I tried to move the date for my hearing and the opposing attorneys won't do that. Instead they want me to fill out an asset questionnaire or the court date will stay. My problem is I am out of state and cannot make the court date so I have to fill out this form. They ask me for all kinds of "personal" information including my bank account number, what vehicles I have, properties, etc. Do I have to answer this? If I do, do I have to answer every question? I do not want to give them my banking information. All of my income is exempt anyway (disability and child support). What if my vehicle is licensed in a different state, do I still have to list it? Since it is not a Utah vehicle, wouldn't it be exempt? Any help is appreciated please! Thanks.

I dont know much about qestionaire, but becareful with money in bank. Even though its exempt they might take it then you have to fight to get it back.

Yes.

Yes

That's the purpose of a debtor's exam. If you fail to provide the information, you could well be found in contemp of court and facing jail time.

Doesn't matter.

See potential jail time comment above. Yes. You have to answer every one of their questions -- truthfully and completely.

Nope -- and since it isn't a Utah vehicle - it probably isn't covered by your Utah exemptions.
