What good is it to have small claims court??

No worries, it's quite alright I just appreciate the help. To be honest, this WHOLE thing has been overwhelming for me, but I am deemed to fight! I only thought the "ACT" as giving me the "go-ahead" and file it in the adjoining county, or rather the guidelines to continue forward. I guess what's left is just calll the courthouse and ask them what I need to do in order to carry this out. Well, maybe they can help.
