What happens when its confirmed?

What is the name of your state? Texas
I have filed a Chpt 13 and have been making payments for the past 5 months. I found out my bk is set to be confirmed in Mar 2004.
Exactly what happens when its confirmed?
Do I need to do anything?
Can I pay it off earlier?

I don't believe you have to do anything. Confirmation means all creditors have agreed and accepted the plan.

Can you pay it off early ?? Are you in a 36 or 60 month plan and at what percentage of payback ??

I am in a 60 month plan at 3% being paid back.

I didn't think that they did anything under 10%.

My plan was originally 5.72% but they lowered it to 3% at the beginning of Dec. My monthly paymeants did not change.
