I am currently a resident of the UK but i have been in consultation with an employment agency in Northern California called "Rush Personell" they have told me upon looking at my resume that i will have no problems finding employment with the experience i have in the customer services field, i am wondering if the employer has to apply for visa's or is there anything i cand do from the UK? i also am involved in an ongoing relationship with a US citizen and have been for 2 years almost and we intend to marry, does this complicate matters? I have no criminal record and am free of all debt?
Please help me if you can

You can do nothing as regards to the work visa except find a company who will sponsor you.

Your best bet is to marry your fiance and come over on a K1 visa. This only takes 3-6 months and you will then be free to work where you want.
