Colorado.

Who owns the unregistered car? How long ago was the car purchased?
What "people" were you driving around past curfew?
Generally, for driving an unregistered car, you will be fined. Generally, for driving past curfew, there is a $65 fine and up to 8 hours of community service hours that must be completed. Two points will be added to your license.
Once you get 6 or more points on your license, your license will be suspended.
A link that provides you with the laws that apply to you as a minor: https://www.codot.gov/safety/colorado-teen-drivers/parent/teen-driving-restrictions.html
The car is only a few years old and has only been unregistered for a few weeks. I was driving two of my friends who are also minors.
Thank you for answering my questions, Eliaw01. I have more questions.
Who owns the car and why was it unregistered?
My 14 year old friend owned the car. She was in the car at the time and it was unregistered because her dad didn't know it expired.
Okay. I assume the father didn't know his 14 year old daughter was letting you drive the vehicle either.
I hope you have discussed all of this with your parents. Whether the State suspends your license or not, I suspect your parents might suspend your driving privileges.
Be sure to complete all community service hours as required.
Good luck.
All parents have been notified. All I want to know is whether the state will take my license away completely or just take off a couple points. Thank you so much
Another question might be how it increases the insurance premium...

... each violation adds two points.
6 points will get you a license suspension. By my count you have achieved that milestone and are subject to suspension of your license (curfew violation, other minors in the car, no adult in the car).
