What is the name of your state? Texas

I filed for Chpt 7 Bk back in May. Had to have it converted to a chpt 13. Had my 341 hearing on Aug 14th.
Started making my payments on Aug 28th.
So what do I do now to improve my credit score? Its a dismal 517 right now and I am eager to start repairing.

What is the difference between a discharge and the confirmation hearing?

Confirmation hearing is to formally confirm your plan as submitted for repayment.

Discharge is when you're all done paying into the plan.. then you owe no one anything else (usually).

www.creditboards.com is the best place for credit repair strategies and advice.

It may be a little difficult prior to discharge, but Ch 13's are a little different. Can't hurt to try, but a lot depends on what exactly you're going to try to repair. Certainly if there are any inaccuracies you can attack you could do that now.

So in a nut shell until the discharge about all you can do is fix any errors that might be on the credit report.
