What is the name of your state? I am in Florida.

I was recently involved in my first auto accident and the driver that backed into me was driving a car that was not his own, out of state tags, no dl and no prrof of insurance..he gave the officer false information..I did report the accident to my own insurance and they are passing me around and falsifying the records because they are not doing their job. I have not been able to talk to anyone that has said anything to me but we'll call you back and then I wait and no one ever calls back but the document the file that they have tried to reach me on my cell phone.. I printed phone records for the dates that they said they tried to call me and there is not one call from them but several from me to them...mean while it's raining in my car from the damage and my passenger side door is not secure...since I can't get anyone to talk to me what do I do now?

Send a letter to them CMRRR (certified mail return receipt requested) asking the status of your case in writing. Let them know that you're going to file a complaint with your state AG, BBB, and insurance board if you don't receive a reply by XX date.
