What is the name of your state? Michigan. What constitutes fraud when your on Disability. Disability not from a company but health issues not able to work. Please tell me if this is true, from the time you file your first paperwork to get accepted for SS benefits you have to report any income of any kind. This amount will be taken out of your total benefits when you get accepted. This person filed and was turned down the first time so they got a lawyer and fought it, was then accepted and is receiving money, this took a little of two years. In that two years time this person has been through at least 4 and working on 2 more law suits in 4 different states where he did and is receiving settlements. This person receives a large sum already from his monthly disability checks. Does SS track any of this or do they have anyway too track an income by a lawsuit?
