What is the name of your state?Oregon

I divorced a abuser both to me and my kids? Now he is fighting me for sole custody. How far back should I go and bring up in court, besides the abuse. I do have a lot of his e-mails to and from women that he has affairs with while we were married. I also found a ex client of his that he screwed over, this man tried to sue him for the money and the product but the ex filed bankrupsy so he got nothing. HE will testify that I did not ruin his business as he claims and he will testify that my ex has screwed over a lot of people and lies about everything. Do you bring up everything to prove that he is unfit.

The only thing you should focus on is the abuse. Can you prove that there was physical abuse? Did you ever report it?

And it must be physical abuse to the kids, not the poster. And the poster has to prove it.

From my understanding from my husbands lawyer, you should have stated those problems at the time of the divorce. When my husband had his custody battle, the only things that were brought up were things that happened AFTER the divorce.
