one more question

OK, she did not move out on Sunday, she told him she would move out on Wednsday. Yesterday ( Monday, one week after hearing ) she told him that she wasnt going to go at all. He called his attorney who told him that after 1 week, they are still waiting for the judge to sign the order due to backups so he wold call her attorney and threaten them with contempt of court. Even then, there is a 30 day eviction proceeding. He is living out of a suitcase with his two year old.

Here is my idea: After he gets the court order in hand, when she leaves for the weekend to visit family ( which she does every weekend), enter the house, take all of her personal items that the judge said she could have ( clothing only ) pack them and place them in the car she is supposed to take over. Change the locks and make sure all utilities are back in his name. Tell her that her things are in the car the judge awarded her and have a nice day. If she causes a fuss, call the police and wave the court order showing he is to have the home.

btw, he has been attempting to give her the car the judge awarded her and she keeps coming up with reasons not to take it but when he offered her to keep the paid off car permamently, she says " no, I want the Altima".

This is getting very interesting to say the least!!!!!! Any thoughts on my idea? The attorney didnt say yes or no to it.

new update

Her attorney spoke to her and she moved out. She also took everything with her even though the court order told her that she could only have her personal belongings ( clothes) and her sons bedroom suit. His attorney has now called hers and warned that if the furniture is not returned to the home by Sunday, they will file contempt charges on her for taking it as well as intefering with his visitation with the boy. He cannot come as he has no where to sleep. She took all the beds, the couch, you name it. OK, now, do people think she is just downright crazy?
