What is the name of your state? Alabama
After closing the seller didn't let us have a walk thru and we also found out that there is a major septic problem. The owner was pumping the sinks, showers, dishwasher water ect.(grey water) into the yard.He didn't not disclose that he was doing this.It will cost over 12,000 dollars or more to fix the problem getting a new septic tank.what can I do?Should we sue for him to take back the house?

**A: why did you not conduct your walk through prior to closing as is general practice? Did you get a home inspection and seller disclosure statement?
Did you have a Realtor?
