If your attorney is telling you to wait for something else either tell him you won't wait or get another atty.

I know you want your kids to have a relationship with their mom, but there comes a time when the benefit of that relationship is not worth the threat the relationship causes to the kids welfare.

There is nothing that says if she straightens her life out that she can't return to get more visitation or something. One thing about custody is that nothing is guaranteed to be permanant.

Did not take them

I did not allow them to go. I took them to their soccer games, which she knew about times, dates, and locations, but she did not show. Nor did she call to ask where they were.
My attorney told me that unless she physcially comes to the house and requests the kids, visitation has not been denied (we meet at a store for pickups. She has shown no concern for them not showing up! Her cousin, who was her supervisor, was at the soccer game! Their kids plays also.
I am not sure about what I am going to fo yet, but right now, I can say that I KNOW what happens in my home and noone would dare disrespect my family in my home that way. My kids are safe, that is all that matters to me.

I hate when anyone gets stereotyped, but when it starts about being from the south I really get offended..why? because I'M from the south!
