I have only read a couple of the first posts here so please don't flame me hard for not reading all the posts but something did jump out at me. Kw said that his attorney told him to wait and see. While I do understand that the kids need NOT be around violence, I also understand (from my husband's attorney) that anything before the court date is void because it should be have been brougth up at the prior courtdate (hope that makes sense). What I would do is call CPS and report this behavior and let them investigate along with asking for supervised visitation.

I feel so badly for your children as they are just "learning" how to act when they are adults.

To answer your question about marrying relatives though, no I haven't. I told them they had to comply with a few things first. They have to get a good job like at a tractor pull, they have to actually be able to bring home a deer when they go hunting, they have to wear their partials when company is around, bathe once a week and get a good vehicle, like a pick up truck. Then maybe I'll consider it.

You guys are hilarious! If I ever need to be uplifted I know where to go. I did not take my kids this weekend. I still have not filed anything either. BM did not call until Sat. night at 8:30. We were not here and she did not leave a mesage. My son actually had a terrific day at school yesterday.

I am going to call their counselor today. We get free counseling through a service provided through CPS. (Earlier in this custody pursuit my ex accused me of sexually abusing my daughter, so after all that my kids got free counseling.) They have not been in about 4 months. I do not think my daughter needs it as she does not have problems acting out as does my son. Also my wife would have to be the one to take them since I work during their hours of operation. And I hate asking her to do so much, since we have at least 1 activity that each child must attend mon-thurs. Thanks for asking.
