You need to ask your employer this or contact the W.C. carrier directly. We don't even know if the carrier has accepted liability for your injury. They won't issue any checks to you until that has been decided.

Hi,
I hope for your sake that they accept liability for your accident. I fell at work and a co-worker helped me to get up. I had to sue for w/c and I fought with them for 2 years in court before getting anything. My boss and the so-worker that helped me up from the fall lied through their teeth when we went to court. That was ok because all they did was helped me. I am still fighting with them for expenses. I wish you all the luck in the world! It is a shame what an injured employee must go through. I live in Louisiana and w/c is the pits in this state.
