What is the name of your state? Oregon

I sent all of my debt information to the attorney's office to file a chapter 7 but since then collection agencies are sending me notices. Do I need to include the collection agencies too?

ABSOLUTELY !!! Didn't you pull your credit reports BEFORE you saw a lawyer ???
Your lawyer will need the name and address of EVERY collection agency that is after you. You must list BOTH the original creditors AND the collectors.

Yes, I pulled a credit report but when a debt is turned over it doesn't automatically show up. Also, my accounts have been changing hands pretty often from agency to agency.

The main problem has been that I started a divorce and bankruptcy at the same time and my divorce attorney told me to wait on the bankruptcy so my creditors have been on hold since Dec. since I gave them my bankruptcy attorney's information. Now the creditors are getting upset because it's been this long.

I just talked to the bankruptcy attorney and he said that I should have the papers to sign for filing within 10-days.
