Please post the relevent state statute or Commercial Code which regulates the 'intent' defense to a verbal contract.

And, for clarity, the ONLY thing a bank statement will show is that the father withdrew a certain amount of monies on a particular date. NOT what the monies were used for. In other words, worthless.

I thought that he made the mayments to moms bank account. These are the ones that need to be subpoenaed. I did it for my ex. It helps. Oh and for the other guy I am so sure that mom is just gonna go into court and acknowledge that she verbally agreed to this.... dream on!

Most of the time, these women behave this way to get back at the X's for starting a new life with a new wife.

Reading you is a real hoot! You go to every leage game, every school function and on the arm of your husband and you know it kills her? In other words your motivation is not the children but to spite your husband's ex wife. Surely you aren't threatened by her are you? I can think of no other reason for such a childish attitude.

Lady you got a lot coming to you in life and you deserve it all. I would love to be a fly on the wall when he does the same thing to you that he did to her...finds himself someone younger and prettier with a little more money. LOL!! I'm betting your behavior might get kind of strange too if some slut came along and wrecked your happy little home the way you did this woman and her children.

You will one day walk a mile in his ex wife's shoes. When that happens you be real careful how you behave now.

How many times have we read posts from X-wifes:
1. who are bitter that their husband's have moved on and have a stable relationship??
2. How the X-husband is going to pay for leaving them..How dare they!!
3. How dare the new stepmother or girlfriend be in their children's lives.
4. How it's unfair that they get minimal wage jobs, have new husband's, additional kids and the X-husband is living a wealthy life with out her.
4. How it's okay to withhold visitation from their X-husband's because they're not getting their way.
5. How it's okay that their new husband spend time and energy on the children, but GOD forbid the new "bride", has no right to her kids...

I'm a stepmother who has to deal with the same crap from these type of ex-wives. I sent my stepson (9yr) to bed early, because he gave the family dog, spicy chips (he's been told many times to not do this, because I have to cleanup the diarraha, for the next 2 days) and the X-wife found out and the cops were at our door, cause she claimed "abuse"....of course she was cited for filing false charges.

I say, "move on" you bitter X-wives...your children will be much better off if you just let the anger go. You are only hurting the children, period.

Are you an ex-wife who's husband has moved on??? I'm not bitter. Just pointing out that there are alot of x-wifes on this forum that are??? where in my post did it state that I was bitter.? I'm didn't say that I'm filing false accusations, or hounding the x-wife....I'm just pointing out a fact that a huge majority of the postings are really sad to read... I know that not all X-wifes are bitter and angry and vengeful...Just seems like all the one's that are, show up here!!

You know, I could write a similar "list" regarding new wives as well....or any other subgroup of the posters who come to this board for that matter.

Some ex wives are difficult to deal with
An equal number of new wives are just as bad as those ex wives.

Some ex wives are too anal about the new wife's involvement with their kids.
An equal number of new wives way overstep their role...often deliberately.

Stop generalizing
