What is the name of your state? california.
Im 22 going on 23 in july, I have 2 kids a 3 yr old and 1 yr old both born here. My parents have been filing for our citizenship ever since we came to the U.S from Mexico in september of 1983 I was just 1 month old at the time, my older sister was 3. I have 3 younger siblings the oldest being 21. We were scheduled a court appearance a couple years ago it was a few months after the 911 thing had happened we showed up only to find out that our hearing was posponed do to the 911 incidents. Ok so we go to court again the judge had stacks and stacks of proof on her desk that we all studied and lived our whole life in california, she called each of my younger siblings up to be questioned while looking at their report cards and at the end of all this only to hear her response which was "You guys are smart enough to learn the Mexican ways." (my brother can hardly speak spanish!)she denied our case!?? I dont understand why!**************.??

Do you have a "green Card" Why would your younger siblings born in this country require American Citizenship? Can you go to your other thread about your children and answer the questions there and include this informaition there as your immigraiton status will have some bearing.

all my younger siblings were born in california, 21, 17, 14....theres more to this, my parents are scheduled another master hearing in june and im also scheduled to show, my older sister married 5 yrs ago so she was cut from our family case she's now filing on behalf of her husband, my parents are filing on behalf of my younger sister who turned 21, i just got married las october in 2005 but have not yet submitted paperwork because of the fact that my husband is a verbal abuser and i cant stand him anymore, i dont want him thinking im taking his crap just to get my citizenship, im worried the judge would have me on removal proceedings, is that possible?
