I am an uncle to 2 boys we raised when my sister died. The boys own a house in Belmont, Massachussetts and it is rented at 4800 dollars per month.

In november 2014 I was working in Lake Charles, La. At this time my wife had the boys appoint my wife and daughter in MASS as owners. I was never

notified when this happened so I had no say in the matter. There is no mortgage and yearly expenses are 19000 dollars vs 48000 total rent per year.

The house has been rented out for over 10 years. I noticed that the house has only earned 40,000 dollars. One of the boys is on disability at 10,000

dollars per year for at least 10 to 15 years. I dont know what my wife is doing with the money.

Your post is vague to begin with.

First, how old are the "boys"?

One is 36 and has shizophrenia the other is 33 with obssessive personality disorder. They are not aware of where the money is going.

The one who is 36 and lives at home with us and he works at walmart 12 hours a week. The other lives in colorado with his brother and

works at walmart full time. The 36 year old collects 10,000 dollars per year disability. He doesnt drive or have a car and spends about

40 dollars a week. So where is this money going ?

So my wife would have to account how the 10,000 dollars is spent. Especially in a court of law.

Um... I suspect he eats over $40/ week in food. And perhaps he wears clothes and lives indoors.

Really, what are you trying to get at? Are you concerned that your nephews don't have more money to spend? Or are you just upset that you aren't in control? Are you in the process of divorcing your wife?

You really don't have the facts in this matter.

What facts are you talking about ? What do you think ? Do you know how to add ? This is 10,000 dollars tax free. He doesnt have a car and spends only

40 dollars a week. Do you really think clothes, etc would come up to 10,000 dollars per year ? He is listed on my insurance for prescriptions.

I guess you never took math in school.

No, I mean that you have no clue about how the house is titled, etc.

Go pay an attorney.

I want to know where the money is being spent and that is a valid question. This is only one nephew. For your information bucko I have caught my wife

manipulating annuities of 400,000 dollars that I earned since I retired in 2008 form civil service US NAVY. OK 50 times 40 or 2000 dollars a year you got

anything else einstein ?

I cannot imagine why she'd feel it necessary to hide things from you.

This is none of your legal business to begin with. You're dismissed.

Why wouldnt I feel this is my business. We will see how an attorney would look at this.

You sound like some one who has done some thing similiar and thinks its all right.

Why WOULD you feel this is your business? Really...why? (If you wish to answer that, be prepared to give us some legally grounded reasons, not just the old "because I'm related to them".)
