Thank you all!
You can't believe the ribbing I/we have taken over this accident.
In all truthfulness my wife is a wonderful person, a great mother, my complement and completor, a hard worker, non drinker, smoker or drugger, smart and savvy about investments, very attractive, and, I am blessed to have her as my wife. I did not get married until I was 48 and she is the first and will be the last. I look around and there are some women I look at but I really do not think anyone else would be as right for me as my wife. At the time of the accident we were both working a lot and stressed - she was following me - I stopped at the light and she didn't. BOOM !
ELENCEE - thankyou for the direct answer. My hope is to negotiate with the insurance co. for as good of settlement as I can without getting into a lawsuit. I guess what I hoped for was some negotiating points or ideas. Also, the Dr. I saw that referred me for the MRI (and I did go for it) was a neurological specialist. I just called and requested the records to review the diagnosis. It will be a couple days until i get them.
To be truthful this whole thing has been a nuisance. I started going to the chiro and I guess I expected him to guide me. It might seem he was getting the fees but I don't know that I actually got much better. As long as I kept going to him and my neck was limber I am Ok - but as I mentioned before I stopped going and now my neck seems to be tight and stiffening up.
Thank you for the insight!
