Agreed. IF he was ordered to appear from a face to face meeting with the prosecutor or any other officer of the court that would suffice for confirmation. Maybe such a meeting was omitted in the original thread. .
or it may not have taken place yet but I can 100% guarantee the prosecutor is not going to take this to court until they speak with the victim. That guarantees a face to face meeting so evading court by claiming they weren't served is just not going to happen.
