Make Sure That Your Statute Of Limitations Has Not Run Out. You Can Go To Fairdebtcollection.com And Check Your State For Your Sol. Go To The Records Division At Your Court House And File A Lien On Property. Make Sure To Ask Them How Long You Have Before You Have To Renew It. This Will Make Sure You Have Something In Place. Then Review Your Avenue For Collection Or Garnishment And Your Next Step. Maybe You Will Get Lucky And They Will Sell Some Real Estate Or Apply For A Loan That Will Get You Paid In The Process.
You need to take your computer in for its 50,000 letter checkup. One of the first signs of that being needed is when it starts capitalizing the first letter in each word!!

Offer of help

In regards to JetX and LadyinRed's questions

I was going to see what part of the state Kevin is in and if he was in my area, I would be willing to go to the Clerk's office to see if they have anything on record for the company (property, etc).

I am down there for my business (Judgment Recovery) periodically and would be willing to take a look for him as I am searching other files. I could also check to see if there are other judgments against the company and see what actions were taken on those.

I am certainly not in the business of scamming people or trolling. I just found the site and wanted to offer what help I may be able to as well, while gaining new knowledge to help me in my business.

I guess you all must have had a lot of problems with trollers, since I can't recall ever getting such a cold reception on a board! I hope to offer help in the future.

Lien

Remember, though, if they have other liens that the liens are paid in order of receipt, so if there are a lot of liens on what they do have, then you may be out of luck.

If they are running a business, they must have something that can be seized, keep dogging the Sheriff and make him do his job! : )

HBreen - sorry for the cold shoulder, but yes, we do get a fair share of trolls around here trying to sell their 'debt elimination' scams. If you hang around long enough, you'll get to see them come and go - they're not usually allowed to stay very long ;)

If your in judgment enforcement, your input, like JetX's can be valuable.

No problem - I totally understand!

I hope that I can help others - that's why I got into judgment recovery in the first place. Moving from Michigan to SC, though, has definitely been a learning experience - there are a lot of changes in the way things are done!

I have a hard time believing anyone would take legal advice from a 'Birther'. How unbelievably unprofessional. I hope that this poor person needing advice will find someone who is able to leave personal fantasies out of professional forums.

*I* have a hard time believing someone would necropost and make a pointless comment just to try to revive a 6-year-old thread.
