My son is dealing with a credit card company that refuses to work with him and has been threatening him and pushing for his bill to be paid at once. He want st oget back to send ing them monthly payment but htey refuse to even discuss it. WHat can he do

Please ignore what cat2411 is suggesting. It is pure nonsense.

Unfortunately, once you are in default, you cannot force a lender to do anything they don't want to do.

In order to give you some more specific direction, there are a couple of questions.

Who is the lender?

How much does you son owe?

How many payments behind did he get.

How many payments behind is he now?
