What is the name of your state Missouri.
Hello recently my 11 year old granddaugher has told of some things that are going on in her home., My son and his Ex share a 50-50 custody arrangment]
On my granddaughter's birthday her Mother gave her a party, But the party became more of Mother's party than the child's. All through the night mother had the child running back and forth to the cooler getting beer for the several guys and herself as they were playing cards.
The Children went on to bed and at some point during the night my granddaughter got up to use the restroom and while she was in the bathroom in walks a naked man she didn't know and hadn't seen before. It scared her to death!!'
The next morning when she and her little brother age 5 got up they tripped over 4 men they didn't know all laid out on the living room carpet some dressed some not.
We do not interfer in her personal life but feel that this is something that should be not carried on while the children are in the house.
My son is trying to get the Custody modified so that the Children will be living with him at this time.
Our son brought his daughter a cell phone so that she and her brother could call him when ever they want or or scare since the mother had the phone taken out of the home. Mother took thecell phone and won't allow her to call her father or for him to call her while the children are on her time.
The school has called the hotline on the mother for as my granddaughter stated her mother beat her with a shoe.
The child is failing in school now and seems so withdrawn and depressed. She has no friends outside of school and can only commucate with her mother's family. Has no activities outside of school.
Any advice.
Thanks

Advice? Yes. Dad needs to diligently pursue custody. What can YOU do? If you really believe the children are in danger, then call the police and/or CPS. Otherwise, be supportive of your son.

Thanks Ziger

Thanks, I do plan to support my son through this.
The granddaughter has told all the things that has happen to her under her mother's care and the fact that she want's to live with her father to the Guardian Ad Litem.
The Guardian Ad Litem has all the reports and has the facts but she doesn't like the fact that my son moved out of the county about a year after the devorce.
Will the judge hold it against him since he no longer lives in the County the kids go to school in. The same school the child is failing in anyway?
Thanks Again!!
