Worried that I may need to file pro-se!

Had final meeting with attorney week and half ago. Signed papers (with minor changes to be made by attorney), paid attorney fee & filing fee in full (checks have cleared).

My problem (first of all, I am a terrible worrier).... but I cannot get ahold of attorney. Left a couple messages with no response. Sent email, no response. Just want to know that my case is FILED prior to deadline!

Have check Pacer (several times daily since last week) and no sign of me there either!

What should I do to prepare myself for filing pro-se at the last minute?

Any advise would be greatly appreciated!!

Are you already filed with your court clerk? (Call and ask?)

Did the court cash the check?

Can you get your check images online to see who endorsed and deposited them?

Maybe your attorney is just snowed under this week?
