What is the name of your state? Mississippi

I spoke with a lawyer on July 30 regarding Ch 7 bankruptcy. At the time I had my 5 yr old son staying with me. He lives in CA. According to the divorce settlement and visitation arrangements I have with his mother, it was my turn to return him to her. Since I didn't have the money to buy 2 plane tickets, my current wife and I drove him back to CA. We left Aug 19 and got back home Aug 28. During the trip I had no choice but to use some of the credit cards for hotel, food, gas, etc.

My questions are:
Could I get into trouble by using the cards after speaking with a lawyer?
Can I simply pay an amount equal to what I charged on these cards and be ok?

I don't think you have anything to worry about. In my experience, trustees are really logical thinking people. Given a good reason (NOT EXCUSE), pre-filing spending will be allowed. Tell him/her just what you told us! No BS, just the truth!
Best of Luck to you!
