WE HAD A CONTRACT WITH A CAR BROKER. HE WENT OUT OF BUISSNES AND GAVE THE CAR TO SOMEONE ELSE. NEVER SINGT A CONTRACT WITH THE GUY.HE HAS THE CAR NOW FOR 6 MONTH. PAYMENTS ARE NOT IN TIME OR JUST PARTS OF THE AMOUNT. PAYMENT IS LATE AGIAN AND I HAD IT. LIKE MY CAR BACK BUT I CASH THE CHECKS FROM HIM AND THE POLICE SAID THAT THIS IS LIKE A CONTRACT.WHAT TO DO???

Try reading the rules and typing in lower case letters, then state what is going on. What was the contract you had with the dealer and so on. We can't read minds and give you an answer without the facts.

The facts are that we do not have a contract whith the person and I even have to keep on paying Insurance on the car, because he never send as a contract like he said and I am responsebel for any thing what happens whith the car. The point He made was that I cash In the first check and that is like a contract. He does not pay in time If at all. No Oct. or Nov. payment. Can I just Repo my Car????? Have the Pink.

Difficult issue

it is getting better!!! brocker said he likes to get a loan for the car. we meet at the bank and he got aproved on the loan. bank sayed there will send as the check . we left the car with him and left. after that hi changed the loan and the banke did not approve of that. loan fell thru and the bank called us to pick up the pink and the brocker is gone with the car and has a restaining order so we an not contact him.

can i go after the bank??
