What is the name of your state? OH

I am living in OH. I have been living in the current city for about 6 years. During these years, I had two criminal charges by local police. One for Domenstic Violence and another for dog cruelty. I won both cases. I believe I had been charged wrongfully. It may be because I am from China. Can I sue police? How?

Can I sue police?
No, you cannot sue the police for them pursuing their action as a normal part of their activity.

Oh, and your NOT being found guilty does NOT mean you are innocent. Only that there was not sufficient evidence to support a finding of guilt.
