Wrongful Termination/Forgery

SC: I was fired without being given a termination paper to sign, upon later finding out that my name had been forged on multiple write-ups documents as well as the termination paper, is it possible I have a lawsuit on my hands even if this is a franchise company?

How did you learn of the multiple forged write-up documents?

Very likely you have no cause of action about the firing as there is no legal requirement that you sign any termination papers or that you sign any warnings before you can legally be fired.

However, I would very much like to know the answer to Zigner's question.
