Wrong on all counts. How I manage my time is none of your affair.

It's funny you mention the word AFFAIR... It must pain you to say that word knowing that your wife had many of them....

You guys are all bulletin board junkies and don't know **** except for what you can look up on the internet.

That's a contract violation you dope - NOT a wrongful discharge.

And unless it's a very poorly written contract, it allows the employer to discharge you for misconduct - and closing up the pharmacy early without authorization certainly falls into that category.

Given the astonishing shortage of pharmacists nation-wide, it's interesting you could only find employment through a temp agency. Gee, I wonder why?

(QUOTE)Appx. two weeks after the questioning my wife received a call from my temp agency rep and told her to tell me to NOT come in the next day. Basically, I was fired.(QUOTE)

That isn't even a violation of the contract. He doesn't have an attorney, he doesn't have a job to pay for one.

It is rather obvious why the idiot got fired, he must be a real pleasure to be around at Alcon Labs in Lake Forest.
