A friend of mine has been wrongfully accussed of phone harassment.
She was served a warrant. She is pleading not guilty to the charge. And was never any threat to the accusser.
How can she be recompensed for time, money, and in this case long distance travel, motel and expunging her record?
Can a warrant be served on the accusser for defamation of character?
