Gee , I wonder why I'm not in jail ? Thank you for your baseless personal attack . Ever hear of interest and penalties and some good old fashioned exaggeration ?
Dude, I am a professional tax consultant. Don't give me the interest and penalties argument. I know exactly what got you into that position, and how much income was involved. I also know why you aren't in jail...because its in the best interest of all taxpayers that you are out and working.
I just hope that your stbx and your previous ex were smart enough not to file any joint returns with you.
I also reviewed your previous thread and now remember when I "called" you before on your game playing with the IRS...and the game playing that you are obviously still pulling with child support.
Let me remind you that your future social security benefits depend upon your employment/self employment "credits". If you keep up your current game plan, you are not only going to end up owing 139k to the government, but you are going to end up being a very poor old man with little to no SS retirement benefits.
I have a current client who absolutely refuses to claim all of the expenses that he could claim on his schedule C. He absolutely insists on paying more in tax than he should have to pay. Why?....because his father is 70 years old and only gets 200.00 a month in retirement benefits...because his father played games his entire life with his taxes and amassed next to no social security credits. I cannot convince my client to claim his full expenses and put the tax savings into an IRA. He is too paranoid of ending up like his dad.
He is the opposite extreme from you...foolish but in no way illegal.
You have lost all credibility with me.
