Since driving is a privilege and NOT a right... if you don't want to produce your license, don't get one and don't drive. If you want to drive, get a license and produce it.

No cop on the street is going to wait for your lawyer to appear. That is why we have jails.

carl is patient, thanks

are you giving correct infor, driving is a right, driving a motored vehicle is not a right, correct? what makes a car, a motor vehilcle if it is not registered/USED as one?

isn't a privilege, a private law jurisdiction? how do i become obligated to obey private state statutes? just asking! does one need a Drivers License if not on state property?is a cop on the street, to not injure me by a violation of my rights, if no breach of the peace at a traffic stop? if the cop does not want to wait get a judge and give be due process, You think?
its not like he cant let me go? its only a misdemeanor? isn't an officer breaching the peace by stopping me without my consent, if i didn't breach the peace?

They are the people's courts.

Feel free to attend court in any jurisdiction in the country. Unless the judge feels that something said is very sensitive (such as national security), you may just watch the proceedings.

do i have complete access to the judge's chambers? if i don't have complete and total access than they are not my courts? ownership mean access anytime i want?

Can you legally define National Security for me? i cant find it anywhere. Do you mean my security or government security?

You have received the answer to your question. We do not have the time nor the inclination to be engaged in further banter.

Com on, now you're just being stupid - the courts are not public unless you have unfettered access to the judge's chambers at 3:00 am?. Stop believing all you read on the conspiracy web sites and expend your internet searches to the real world. Look up common law and precedence.

some courts use to be 24/7, what happened, does justice not work after 5pm?

its my understanding to have a court of law one needs judge, plaintiff, counsel, accused and the jury? Court is not a building or a business, U think?
