I think this discussion has run its course. The OP has his answer, he just does not want to hear it.

Anoobis, if you think you have a case, gather your pennies and pay an attorney to offer you the same opinion we just have. Good luck with that.

I got the answer that there is no US law concerning private entities and free speech, as for the pennies I have euro-cents if you want to know. Thanks all who gave me good natured replies, my contempt to the rest, later

I KNEW. This site is for US LAW ONLY! YOUR COUNTRY may have laws addressing the information you want. But, since you saw fit to lie to us - bugger off!

That explains the UN and international citation ... here in the US we still operate by our Constitution, not by any international proclamations. No matter how much our president might want to subject us to international bodies, it ain't the case here ... yet.

Find a forum that addresses your concerns in YOUR country.

This is an excellent example of why "well, my country is in the same hemisphere as yours, so the laws are basically the same, right?" doesn't apply on this site.

In some countries, the issue of free speech is addressed with prisons or beheadings.

U.S. Law ONLY.

But in this case, the original poster lied and wrote Massachusetts.

Hey my Peeps,

Don't you think lying on a forum about your state should be bannable:rolleyes:

Maybe we should ask the forum gods to use their steel-toed boots on this guy.:p

This is my last post.

I guess in you simple and self-assertion deprived minds only American citizens live in Massachusetts.

To all who seek legal opinions and happen to read this thread, use it as an indicator of the quality of posts you will receive. I suggest you seek elsewhere.

To any demeaning posts after this, I return your insults right back at you.

Since MA is part of the US, while you are living in MA, US law applies regardlesss of what country you are a citizen of.

In the US, a policy such as you describe is perhaps a bit foolish but quite legal and does not violate any First Amendment or any other rights granted to you by the US Constitution.

you make the same mistake, spelling errors is not a misconduct, it's is just the ability of someone to write good or bad, it is like kicking a handicapped person of a rpivate restaurant cause he cant walk properly

Not only is your analogy ridiculous, but now, thanks to you, I want to kick poor spellers. Way to go.
