will an EIN number work for free personal checking act app

i guess no one really knows the answer to this. what im asking is, i have a chexsystems file/report with that EIN and its clean, meaning no bad reports on it, BUT on the back of it, theres a section which says that my number was not issued by the socialsecurity administration so what im asking is what will happen when my EIN is run? will the bank get the chex report adn just see its clean or will they see the back of ti that says it hasnt been issued by the ssa? my thoughts are that they will just see that i do have a report and that its clean BUT im not sure , maybe theres a flag that its not a ss number, but i doubt it as i dont think chexsystems would even let me have a file if that were the case . i dont want one of those second chance checking accounts like compass bank/wood forest as they suck,they dont allow so many things, like third party checks, no checks allowed to be deposited at atm machines, u have to go to the branch to deposit etc, such a pain, and they charge monthly fees when nowadays u can get prepaid cards that no longer have monthly fees and oh if u ever try to make a dispute they want a police report every time! i hate them so i really want to try to get a checking account with my EIN.

Last Question and Ban DC

can someone please just answer me this. On the back of my chexsystems file/report, it says my social security number hasnt been isssued by the ssa. i want to know if banks see that when i apply or if they just check to see if i just have a file with chexsystems and that theres been no abuse/fraud/nsf's.
does anyone know?

The moderator isn't going to do squat based on your tantrums. Being a supporter of the banks or feeling compelled to give up information for free is not part of the rules of this site.

Frankly, yours is not a legal question.

Banks are free to deal with you or not. If you want strategies for dealing with Chex or to find banks who aren't slaves to it, I recommend you go over to creditboards.com which has a whole forum devoted to Chex that will help you more than we can here.
