He is absoposilutely terrifying and she SHOULD be afraid of him. As it seems, he will stop at NOTHING to get back at his ex, and he is now going to chase her 1300 miles across the country to get back at her. Wow...

And with this post, I believe Spinny has lost whatever tenuous grip on reality he had. Really.

Spinny, try this. Before you do or say or write ANYTHING ask yourself "how will this course of action help my daughter?" Forget about mom and making her "pay" because she will NEVER have to suffer as much as you WANT her to, and that's not going to help your child anyway. Think ONLY about what is best for that little girl.

Oh, and your ex will NEVER have to be nice to your dad. Ever.

BTW mom is suffering allready , she has been suffering since she was sexually abused as a child and raped as a young woman in LA. she has suffered from her eating disorder that has hospitalized her.

ect ect she suffers from her ex husband petitioning for divorce and her being ordered to repay debt to husband for the school loans.....Mom is well known in the family law courts. remember she got divorced behind my back and 9 months later started this BS....

Spinner, the best thing in the world that could happen to you is that the Court orders an evaluation and has you comply with the recommendations. I truly hope you get help. If not for you for your daughter.

Ive requested evaluations for us allready as well as financial affidavits. Did that 6 months ago...
remember when I requested paternity testing (in november) and then changed my mind and them mom requested paternity testing and they denied it.....LOL what a waste

I feel bad for her as well that she thought she was just gonna up and leave and Id be like "oh well ill just let her do her thing"

Reality: before we moved down i was involved with an umemployment claim. I put my all into it. I researched and researched wrote letters got subpoenas, she actually got angry at me several times for getting too deep into it.....She should known i would litigate even harder for my child and longer!!!!!

Not stalking her cause if I was I would be arrested.....wasting her time and money is by her choice she could have settled in mediation with me!!!!!
Are you saying the courts allow legal harassment? Cause they dont have to file my stuff**************they jus cant ignore the UCCJEA.
