I am not adverse to updating you, nor sending pictures, not letting you speak to B. However, I want to BE VERY CLEAR. The last time I allowed you to speak to Bella on the phone, you called the sheriff's department and had a deputy dispatched because you alleged that B sounded "confused and larthargic". That was ridiculous, frivolous, and unacceptable behavior by you. She was 2 at the time. After you did that, I decided it was not worth the hassle of dealing with you and your unpredictabe and outrageous behavior and putting her through unnessasary police contact.

The court has denied your motion for emergency contact.

You do not control me anymore. You cannot demand things of me anymore. Or order me about. Or throw tantrums to get your way. Or wear me down until I concede. I am done with that abuse. Until you can understand that, you will not see any favors from me. And until you can act, talk, and e-mail like a civil adult, I will not subject B to your sociopathic behavior. I will protect my daughter from your bad influences in her best interest.

That said, I have attached two recent photos, at your request, of Bella at the park. I do not have a digital camera, and to not have unlimited access to my parents, as you may think, so I will not set a schedule for sending photos at this time.

We are going to the Memorial Day parade on Monday and then the brat fry. She does not use a sippy cup. She "traded" it for a bike. She uses a regular cup. She is still potty training and wears underpants with training pants during the day, and sits on the potty regularly. She wears a pull-up at night and is usually dry in the morning. We are working on writing her letters and numbers. She likes watching the Muppet Show lately and reading LOTS of books. We are going to the ballet "Cinderella" in June. We are regulars at the JMKAC (arts center). We attend storytime weekly at the library and pick out lots of books. There are many beautiful parks that we visit and a Splash Pad when it gets warmer. We had a picnic this week at the park and went out for ice cream cones after. I am looking into summer gymnastics or ballet for her. She has shown an interest in both.

If you choose of to use any of this info against me/her in court or in any other respect, I will terminate these updates and pictures immediately. I am doing this at your request. You have not supported Bella with one penny since September, and very little before that. My advice to you is to stop demanding everything of others and work on yourself. Consider supporting her financially before you demand anything else.

I am also just about certain that mom was collecting food stamps, WIC and medicaid even with you living in the home and your income reported...so don't pretend that your income supported the household all by itself.

cops didnt have to go there, but they did cause they knew the situation, 4 times actually....

Because i want to be stable when i get to new town, i took a job for less than i make now, its only 8.00 but my dad taught me dont ever leave a job without another one lined up.... so thats what Ive done....with my record i find it a triumph to have been hired over the phone from 1300 miles away....so thanks for all the kudos, instead you just rip! Mom makes 8.00 an hour btw....

dont forget moms intial pleading said "he is a druggie and alcoholic, he has been evicted and he is financially irresponsible" thats a weak argument, and for that i get 2 pictures and 1 phone call in 9 months**************.Are you FLIPPING NUTZ that is NOT REASONABLE that is avengeful and using child as a tool,,,,,,,,dont be so whatever it is you guys are being,,,,,,,your crazy to say thats reasonable,,, really you are!!!!

i guess i know my case best! and with that I know moms serious faults at parenting, i know all her lil dirty secrets and emotional strifes**************.She is actually rather easy to read for the court i believe,,,,,,they know the TRO was filed 3 days after retaining lawyer 7 days after being served with uccjea affidavit they know she made no mention of any kind of neglect or abuse untill the cops were at her house 4 times, at that point she told the story how I was selling guns in front of my child, how I grew acres of marijuana and its like i was drugstore cowboy....lmfao but im not because thats slander.

they know she also ran from husband untill he tracked her down and she was ordered in divorce to repay debt,,,,,,funny 9 months later she runs again and its because of money**************

you guys are joking right?????you gotta be!!!!! if not PBR me ASAP.....

srry guys i may not be a lawyer and I have butchered my pleadings and I have not been on the abc route but oh my Id say the cards are stacked agaisnt an angry mama. she has not written one nice email yet.....ive showered her with kindness in my emails and understanding, very assertive and clear!!!! yeah she has been very reasonable with all the contact allowed when it has never been about my parenting ability,,,,,its about a check!!!!!! and trust me that email was filed along with all the other mean ones, Ive asked her from the begining to be nice and quit talkin about the past and about how we are gonna co-parent**************..
