Yes. That is what I took out of that. You want personal referenses from the members here. We do not do that unless Admin asks. If you want an attorney to direct you in your situation, you need to hire one. If you come to an advice site, that utilizes educated laymen and SOME attorneys for said advice...then WHY are you questioning the legal background of every respondent????

this is totally unreal for people to behave the way that many members in this thread have behaved. everyone is passing judgment, making false accusations, offering some really good advice too bad you stop sticking to the advice and make it a free for all. it is my personal opinion that many have attacked me. you do have to respect my opinion as it is mine. you don't want to respect me than that is your hangup. it is like you all tag team to see who can hen peck the hardest and fastest. that is great that Pro can post because she knows what she is talking about or would not be able to post.
