Fl Old owners trying to get title, To get it in my name. so now back to first threads can i sell with title.or do i half to sell to them.

Would like to know if i take the money back, do i half to paid rent the 2 years I through he be glad to get it back with all the work that had been done to it.

That what i did last week and he won,t to countsued for back rent because i ask for title or money back, I have put carpet in LR Hall and Bedroon and did a lot of work and wasn,t asking for that back just the money when i through i had Broke the Mobile Home.

The courts awarded the park owner the mobile home then they sold it to the party that sold it to me, what a mess when i aquire it i didn,t know all this i belive i just had to see the park owners at the time.

I would like to Sale or rent to own in the park. when i got the mobile home i could or rented it out and was the reason for me getting it at that time. but ending up living in it now with the new owner i can,t sale unless it to them by what i was told by the one takeing the rent.
