Well if the "victim" in this case was actually a child. Nothing more than the usual fling that happens all the time. There is less than 5 years between them, this happens ALL THE TIME. Just in this case someone got mad. lol. But since it's in a different county than i'm used to, guess they...
I would definately suggest IF he does talk to them to have an attorney with them. but NO he does NOT have to talk to them especially if he IS the suspect. If not I wouldn't worry so much about it.
that was the point i was trying to get at. The age and experiance with the police has to be taken in account. The original suspect in this case has NEVER dealt with the police. At the most he has had a speeding ticket. I have NEVER had anyone walk out of a interview...but i HAVE had the more...

lol...I don't think i'm even going to go there.....ALL i'll say is they had the right to detain...you had NO right to assault, nor resist arrest.....EVER EVEN if the arrest is unlawful. Thats what courts are for! Your OWN actions are why you were detained for two hours, and why it took so...
Same way in MO...If the search warrant is incorrect we don't even move on them. We have them reviewed by several different persons before they are executed. This is a LARGE mistake on LE part and everything found would/should be thrown out (at least in MO). And I would think even a public...
