Someone else will expand the idea, but I believe they can withhold it, as you are a contract employee, until the work is completed. I think that they are only obligated to pay you if you are an employee. Anyone?

The concern is not the demand, but the ramifications of having such cheap drugs. If drugs were cheap and easy to get, I believe many more people would try them. Thus this would exaccerbate the problem and put more impaired people on the street. Two things I don't think would be healthy at all...
