     If you have already begun legal eviction proceedings I do not think you will have to accept the rent which was late. The moment you accept the rent then you are continuing the cycle.

     So you were making payments on an old bill which still had a balance on it and the utility company turned on service at another location, correct? Assuming the above is correct and you still owed a balance on your old bill, of course the payments you are making will apply to the oldest balance...

      We just had a judge sign a warrant for search of dwelling based on drug paraphernalia found in trash can OUTSIDE the home. So I bet Calatty would disagree with that cause also.
