Mom and Dad want a simple heath insurance modification, both parties agree. If Mom prepares the papers can they both sign it, get it notorized and file it with the court? Or will Dad have to appear and swear before a judge?

I have my first appearance in court on Monday for CS. I filed through CSEB, because it was the only way to get CS garnished through wages. Dad is in the military, receives a base salary and housing (nontaxable). Ex's attorney tells him the court won't add in...
Karen has a GAL been appointed? If not, be sure to request one! Unless your ex miraculous changes his attitude, it will shine through in court. Glad to hear you're in high spirits, but don’t breath easy just yet, stay on your toes. :D
Possession simply means care and control. As long as Mom doesn't drink and use while being physically present caring for the child (and 12hr prior) she is not violating the order. You cannot dictate who she chooses for babysitting. You'll get no where with this one.
You're not following the order, but technically you're not "in contempt" until a judge declares it contempt. Speak to your attorney about modifying the order.
What exactly does your case in NJ have to do with this poster? There needs to be a change in circumstance in order for a modification to be ordered. Where's the change in circumstance? The single fact that the daughter doesn't "want" to go is not going to cut it.
If you found it listed on a court site what makes you think an employer will not? Your best bet is to be honest and up front, that way nothing can sneak up and bite you on the a$$. :D
The legal age to marry without parental consent or emancipation is 18. Even if you meet the requirements for emancipation, the court process takes time. So, what's the rush?
The child can decide for herself when she reaches the age of majority which is 18 in Oregon. Failure to comply with court orders can result in contempt charges against the violating parent.
Based on your post you do not have grounds to TPR. For more information see:

Your best bet is to show up for the appearance date. You will likely be offered the chance to plead guilty to lesser speed, which means a lower fine and less points.
If you can't afford an attorney one will be appointed to you. Reading Miranda Rights is only required in the event that they question or interrogate you with the likelihood that your admission or response could be used to determine your guilt. Whether or not you will go to jail depends on the...
You were at fault and you weren't paying attention. I have never heard of a ticket being dismissed for simply being honest, expect some sort of consequence.
