Are nail holes considered normal wear and tear? When a tenant moves out, if they had hung things on the wall and left nails or nail holes, can the repair of them be charged against their security deposit?
Does the lease specify she gets full use of the bathroom or she only gets to share it? If the new tenant will be sharing her bathroom, I'd say your lucky if she will tolerate anyone doing that.
In most places electric heat is WAY more expensive than gas.
It seems strange that a landlord would lie about having electric when that would generally be considered a disadvantage compared to gas.
