      reassignment of security deposit

      LL not interested in signing a new lease. The current lease is up at the end of the month. The LL has refused to acknowledge the form that my sublessor and I signed to reassign my deposit to him. Can she do that? I was under the impression that I can assign my deposit to whomever I chose.
