Even if her attorney advised her not to let you have your daughter for 'your' designated visitation time, I'm assuming there was no emergency order by a judge preventing you from 'your' visitation time.       As a former Childcare Provider (licensed), we from time to time had occasion to enroll 'Special Needs' children in our Daycare.       Umm...if a person receives CS, and if a person pays rent, has a housepayment, pays utilities, has a car payment, buys groceries, pays school taxes...then CS 'is' going toward the support of the child, even if the child doesn't receive anything else from it!       She must mean that 'they' have 'joint legal/joint physical', with 'him' having been designated 'primary residence'? That's how 'my' son's order states it. Joint Legal/Joint Physical...Father with Primary Residence.
