I was not trying to defraud the buyer. My father passed away just trying to finish the trust. I didn't think about the shed, my RE probably should have. The buyer did his own home inspection then state after knowing house was on the market as a fixer upper and price so ie 30,000 below market value. That it needed 14,000 in saftey repairs I hired a home inspector and found all the repairs he stated except two cracked windows was wrong. Then he demanded 5,000 for fixing up patio deck that he already stated he was going to take down and wanted a 60 day escrow to do this. I said no that is when shed after being placed as a condition upon inspection into paper work became a problem. He never inspected shed after getting keys! Due to escrow, had to do termite inspection that is when we found the shed was not built to code and had termites. We then disclosed this problem and I would pay for removal. He then came back with wanting first 5,000 the went to 2,000 for shed. It is costing 2, 300 for taking it down and hauling away. Plus he doesn't want me to replace the two windows just give him the money they would cost.
You didn't think about it so it becomes the re agent's problem? What did the re agent say? fixer upper you still have to disclose, you did not, the buyer has the reasonable assumption that the shed was included in the sale. $2,000 is less than the cost to remove.

No what is wrong with you?
You do not answer a direct question.
What will the police read?
They will read some banter that may have one or more meanings, all too complex for a 12 yo to comprehend, none of which are ADULT in nature, all of which occured because you refused to answer the quesitons. The police will have a good laugh at your expense.
The police will see that you have with knowledge and intent sought to defraud the buyer of the property for sale and were here trying to find information on how to avoid the law. Please consult the Statute of Frauds and California Codes.
