What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Missouri
This teacher works for the XXX country school district. She has been a teacher for three years. The problem she is having is towards her principal. She is apparently putting a lot of extra work on her and not being fair about something. I don't know the small details. Although, the main concern is that the principal is doing a favor of one of her friends. She has hired her friend’s son as a teacher in the school. He has a degree but is not certified. Apparently the school district is supposed to only hire teachers that have degrees and are certified school teachers. He does not have a classroom and does not work. Apparently, he needed a job since he just bought a new house. His mother is a former principal fired and currently a special education teacher in the same school. So he is basically just getting paid but has no job function or helps anyone. Well the teacher in question has 27 kids in her room as of yesterday. The limit is 23 per teacher. While this uncertified person runs around the school talking on his mobile phone and doing nothing. The teacher is considering quitting.
Anyone know if she would be able to get her pension and unemployment based on this? Any recommendations?
