Sounds as if she's got a good bit to complain about. You still don't seem to understand that this is not about a new resident making unfair accusations, this is about at least one (and apparently now more) CNA's who are behaving inappropriately and need to be brought up short to change their ways. If this is what has been going on and I were an "old" resident, I'd be very grateful to the new resident for speaking up.

If it takes firing every CNA in the place to get them to stop making inappropriate comments, then that's what it takes.

He still doesn't get it. And I don't think he's going to.

Look for him to be dismissed in the near future. And look for him to post again about the "injustice" and how he always does his best.

My daughter is a CNA and she told me that she is appalled by this OP. A CNA needs to give every resident the care that the need and should always treat them with the utmost respect. If a CNA cannot give a resident the full care that they need due to timing or other duties then the CNA needs to be addressing that with management, not slacking on patient care.
